This design says 'Suck it up so you won't have to Suck it in!'. The word in 'Suck it in' appears to be sucking in, like you would your tummy. A lady kickboxer's silhouette is in the background. It also has a pink cut out background that looks great on black & dark t-shirts. This design comes from inspirational words from my cardio-kickboxing instructor!
